Struсture and Operating principle

The machine consists of a supporting frame and three sections with bathtubs covered by tight protective hoods that prevent escaping of moisture and steam outside into the workshop area. A lower voltage control panel takes place on the machine body.

At the bottom of the machine, there are two water tanks with pumps for supplying water to the manifolds and a heating system for washing with hot water. The installed air-jet blower helps to get rid of water drops and get the almost dry surface of the containers but complete dryness comes after settling for some time in a warehouse.

Containers move on a mesh transport belt and being exposed to hot water jets from four sides that come from an order of nozzles sequentially placed inside the first section. To instantly increase the quality of the washing process output, a cleanser is added into the first water tank. Optionally an automatic detergent dispenser with precise dosage can be installed inside the cistern for better washing efficiency. In the second section, a similar order of nozzles rinses containers with cold water to eliminate detergent residues.In the third and the concluding section, air knives remove all water drops, making containers ready for the further step of production.

Technical Features

The entire structure is made of stainless steel AISI 304.

The X-Washing system thoroughly cleans even hard-to-reach surface.

The heating system might use electricity if required by technical conditions.

The machine stays on hinged supports that allow adjusting its position in the horizontal plane.
