Struсture and Operating principle
The machine consists of a frame, loading mechanism, collecting table and control panel. The loader is suitable for baskets with a movable bottom that are used in horizontal autoclaves. The working process is being controlled by one operator. The bottom of the basket is lifted to the level of collecting table and the operator manually loads product by simply swiping it into the basket to form an even row. After filling one layer the operator lowers the basket bottom by the help of joystick on the control panel and loads another layer of product. Each layer is separated by a plastic cover.
