Designed to scald empty metal cans for sterilisation before filling process. Scalding is being performed in the steam collector at the bottom of the machine where cans are carried by magnetic rotating stainless steel drum that captures cans from the conveyor.

The machine easily integrates into continuous or intermittent canned food production lines.

Description

Struсture and Operating principle

The machine consists of a stainless steel frame and a rotary drum with a system of magnets installed underneath to capture metal cans and feed them into the scalding section. The scalding section is a steam manifold located at the bottom of the machine. After the scalding process the rotary drum outfeeds cans into the further transport belt.

Technical Features

The entire structure is made of stainless steel AISI 304.

The machine stays on hinged supports that allow adjusting its position in the horizontal plane.

Suitable for metal cans that are attracted to magnets.
